Technical Support Assistant shall be responsible for the task delegated by the Technical Support Supervisor such as but not limited to documenting, recording, processing, monitoring and analyzing of internal documents related to the projects handled by Technical Services Engineers. They will ensure that these documents are processed properly, without delay.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Records customer names and other details from the Customer Installation Assessment Forms submitted by Technical Engineers.
- Creates Purchase Request forms requested by Technical Engineers.
- Initiates routing and monitors billing statements/service invoices submitted by contractors,
- Submits monthly list of projects commissioned to Finance Department.
- Monitors capital and operational expenses of the Technical Department through recording of actual cost of works rend by contractors and supply from suppliers.
- Compiles service reports from projects installations, emergency repairs, pull out, requalification and preventive maintenance of customer facilities.
- Updates the ER & PM history monitoring form daily
- Updates purchase request and purchase order monitoring list daily.
Job Qualification
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of BS in an Engineering discipline (preferably in Mechanical or Instrument/Electrical Engineering) not required but an advantage.
- Experienced in document control; filing and organizing of reports from projects.
- Can create usable statistics based from the data extracted from the monitoring sheets they managed.
- Proficient in written and verbal communications in English,
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office software;
