· Review and Consolidate Plant Financial Statements
· Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts and maintain account schedules
· Perform month-end activities including but not limited to the following:
- Sales Reconciliation
- Transfer Pricing Review
- Cost of Sales
- Depreciation and prepayments amortizations
- Accruals
- Plant OPEX sharing
- Construction in Progress
- Advances to Suppliers
· Diligently review Accounts Payable Vouchers
· Review BIR filing and reporting
o Withholding Taxes – Compensation, Expanded, SAWT
o VAT payments
o Summary List of Sales and Purchases (SLSP)
o Processing of ATP and other BIR compliance requirements
o Update and submission of other BIR reportorial requirements
· Perform year-end activities assigned by the Finance Manager
· Provide assistance to external auditors and the Finance Manager during annual audit
· Supervise and coach Plant Accountants
· Perform other tasks assigned by the Finance Manager
Job Qualification
QUALIFICATION:
- Graduates of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
- At least 2 years experience in supervisory.
- With good communication skills, high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency on MS Office application
- Willing to be assigned in Sto. Thomas Batangas.
