Like any relationship, my journey as a Liquigaz employee has its ups & downs.Having true friends, training & opportunities for improvement and of course recognition are some of the cherished moments that I will always be grateful for. On the other hand, each trying time inspired me to work harder, listen more and to complain less. Staying with the company is a choice not only because of the remuneration but also the self-fulfillment of growing personally and acquiring skills that help me in handling a team of young professionals. Like motherhood, it’s not an easy task, but it’s worth the time and effort.Celebrating my anniversary every year is my best experience as an employee. Why? In over 18 years of service to Liquigaz, I preferred to stay because it helped me support my family.
